One website and up to 2 property locations. Setup covers audience/season planning, approved tracking, review of the booking inquiry path and setup/restructure of up to 3 campaigns in one client-owned Google Search OR Meta ad account. Each service month includes up to 2 existing-page optimizations, one content update of up to 500 words within those pages, campaign monitoring/optimization, up to 2 supplied-image/ad-copy variations and one 30-minute reporting/planning call. Management covers up to $3,000 of platform spend per month. Ads are funded separately by the customer directly with the platform. Booking-platform tracking depends on supported access; otherwise we report measurable inquiry or outbound-booking actions. New booking systems, photography/video, new landing-page builds and additional channels require a separate quote.

Monthly and annual plans renew on the selected billing cycle. Annual billing prepays 12 months of monthly service delivery for the price of 10 monthly fees. The setup fee applies once on the first invoice for either cycle. Monthly work allowances do not accumulate. Request cancellation through the client area under the existing service terms.

We contact you within two business days after payment to confirm goals, access and next steps. Campaigns require an agreed plan, platform access and your approved advertising budget before launch. Platform ad spend, paid tools, new website/landing-page builds, major technical fixes and applicable taxes are separate. No rankings, lead volume or return is guaranteed. Your accounts remain yours. Do not send passwords, card details or API keys.
